    Refinishing opinions wanted. RG2127

I need to raise a whole bunch of cash so I will be selling my 2127, that means the body is getting refinished and I'm looking for opinions for what finish would be easiest to sell.

Stain or paint? What colour? Keep in mind the headstock is staying black so should I stick with black on the body so it matches?

If it was you were buying it what finish would you want?

Stain and oil. The mahogany is one of the main points to these guitars.

Well it's to raise cash for another guitar Justin, so if it all works out It's not a shame really. And it's not just this guitar that I putting up for sale, almost everything is up for grabs, the RG7EXFX2 and the RG2127, the Pod X3 Live, my Boss pedals etc. will all be listed on eBay ASAP. I'm also considering putting up the RG2027 so yeah I'm pretty serious about raising some cash quick.

So if I go stain and oil any opinions on what colour stain or should I just stick with Mahogany stain?

My vote goes for tsung oil. Maybe oil stain it a cool color? dark blue-green (something to the effect of teal) on mahogany looks amazing
