how to pull trem stud mounts?

What's an easy way to do this at home with tools I might have laying around? OFR and strem studs.

not overly worried about the finish of the guitar, it's getting redone. I can also use the studs too if possible, since they will be replaced, I'm not worried about damage to them

I lever them out with a pair of pliers. If I'm worried about the condition of anything, then apply some form of padding as appropriate.

A lot you can just yank out. It's only friction and hardened steel.

I usually put a small thin piece of wood on the body next to the studs, then use a hammer claw and lever the stud and collet out slowly. When the Hammet has pulled it out as far as it can, I screw the stud in further and go again til I can just pull it out by hand. The wood is mainly to protect the finish.
