I'm going to be learning from Nolly :yesway: I'm extremely excited, got to chat with him on skype, talked about where I am with my playing and where I want to be also got to see and hear some Blackmachine porn as well. :metal:
I get my first lesson this Thursday, got to do a Webcam check today and talk about what to go over for the lesson as well. Very excited and wish I could fast forward time as well.
just finished my first lesson and time flies by. We started with working on my timing since I want to get my rhythm down and tight so it was focusing on my right hand. Then we worked on my left hand technique with Megadeth's Take No Prisoners. Last bit we went over how to do a proper vibrato and vibrato exercises. I am very happy how much we covered as it gives me a lot to do and afterwards we took some time to chat about music and guitars.

Glad to hear it went well! Too bad you couldn't play his guitars though
I remember being very psyched playing Durero's guitars when I got lessons from him. He has a very interesting collection.

Sweetness man! I actually have a friend of mine that is going to start helping me out with lessons and soloing as I feel like a pretty good rhythm player. You don't want an Axe-Fx, you want MOAR TUBEZ AND BLINKY LIGHTS!!!
lol, I feel the Axe Fx is best for my situation cause I don't gig, I jam at home and I like the idea of having multiple amp models to use plus I can record with it so it makes it that much of a better choice for me.
