I for one cannot get straight out of bed and play anywhere close to what I can casually accomplish after a good warm up sesh. A good 45mns to not be total garbage and 4-5 hours to break into new personal territory in terms of ear training, chops, etc.
Kind of pissed that I apparently forget how to play every time I go to sleep.
Can anyone relate to this?
I think everyone is different, maybe this is what works best for you? I suck peroid and haven't found what works for me hence me taking lessons from Nolly.
