ok it never ends, theres the harmonic minor, melodic minor scales once you know those and more as well theres a cool thread on exoctic scales i started in this thread if you need more...
all things you can always take to the next level, bored of arpeggios add tapping, done that, do 8 finger tapping arpeggios and so on.
3-speed. i hate the beep. metronome. ok it sucks but it works. program a kick drum itll sound nicer on the ears. take small scale sequences or scale fragments as people call em different things( beginning of wolf and raven by sonata arctica comes to mind see how the riff kind of repeats, its a sequence). and work it with a mertonome. ok today youre at 120. but ok next week youre at 150. and so on you get to physically see youre getting Faster, so there is proof is works. like mr miagi and yoda said to the guitar player... something about patience.
using sixteenth notes with metronome here is a rough speed guide from michael angelo batio;
160 start to rock
180 start to shred
220 super shredding
