Throughout my lessons, I have encountered that a common problem with students' playing (and mine) is the ability to quickly and smoothly transition between different note divisions.
So to work on this, I took a solo excerpt from one of my band's songs, and I thought I would film it, and include the tabs. This solo is a great etude to work on note divisions, since it contains 1/4 note triplets, 1/8 notes, 1/8 note triplets, 1/16 notes, and 1/16 note triplets.
