For sale is my locally purchased Fender 50s Classic Series Strat that was modified by the original owner. According to the serial number, it was built in 2007. It is in great shape, with a few minor marks on the body. The neck has a heavy tint to it.
First, the strat specs (pulled from the Web):
Alder body (polyester finish)
Maple soft V-shaped neck (gloss urethane finish)
25-1/2" scale length
21 vintage-style frets
1.650" nut width
Vintage-style synchronized tremolo
Gold Sperzel Locking tuners (not an exact fit, a few holes are visible)
Lace Sensor Holy Grail set (http://www.musiciansfriend.com/acces...-pickup-3-pack)
Acme Toneshaper (info here ToneShaper Product Info)
B/W/B pickguard (a couple holes don't really line up, probably because an 8 hole pickguard was stock, and this one has 11 holes).
It plays great, I just really want to build another Warmoth bass so it has to go. Comes with an SKB like hardcase. The Acme is handy because it makes pickup swaps easy since you don't have ot get the soldering iron out. I had a set of Duncan singles in it for a while (Hot/Cool/Vintage, that will also be for sale).
$475 shipped CONUS only. I will take Paypal.
I've sold to a bunch of folks on here, plus eBay (aldog1330), JCF Online, Sevenstring.org, rig-talk.com, and talkbass.com.
How much for the dog?
