I've had lower back problems for years and I finally went to the doctors a couple weeks ago to have him take a look. He did some x-rays and suggested I go see an orthopedic surgeon to see what he thought. Well I saw him last week and he had me get an MRI done, which I did a couple days ago. Now I go back tomorrow morning to find out what he thinks of the MRI results. I'm just trying to prepare myself for the worse. I'm hoping the problems I have can be helped with physical therapy, but I've also been reading about back surgery and it seems like it's not always the best way to go. I've read it can be a long recovery time and you're not always going to have positive results.
I'm just curious if anyone here has ever gone through something like this.
It's probably just that you've been living under the crushing agony of defeat since 2004, and all that hanging of your head has started to take a toll on you, Pete.
