Alright, I live in a pretty large house, but I'm married now and my wife's got it filled with crap. I do have the basement to myself, but getting some gym equipment is just out of the question because relocation to a smaller home in the future is a probability. I'm looking for some suggestions as to what exercises I can do with little or no equipment. Currently, all I have is an exercise wheel.
I've been doing push ups, jogging, exercise wheel, sit ups, prone plank, and bicycle crunches.
I'd really like suggestions on things to develop the muscles in my back as well as anything else that I can incorporate into my workout... Currently nearly everything I have focuses on my abs... I need more.
I am considering hanging a bar in my basement for pull-ups.
Definitely pick yourself up a set of dumbells man. I'm no fitness expert by a long shot, but you can do a LOT of muscle groups with just a set of DBs. Whenever I travel, I usually hit a local Wal-Mart, pick up a set of 35's, and leave them in the room when I go home.
