Okay, so, we finally got a weight bench here. All you workout nuts, are there any programs out there that are made for people who are new, don't know shit, and don't really care to know everything there is?
What I'm basically looking for is something that says "Monday, do this this and this exercise, Tuesday, this this and this", etc. I'm fucking lazy, I'm not trying to be a body builder and win any competitions. I just want a simple workout plan. I've Googled it, and it basically comes back saying you can do groups on these days, etc. I'm not really looking to design my own program since I'm retarded when it comes to this shit.
What I have is a basic weight bench, curl bar, some dumbells, just the basic shit. I'm a scrawny fuck, and I can't lift a retarded amount of weight.

I would do squats,deadlifts,dips and benching for sure.
