Since having my gallbladder out, knowing I can eat stuff I couldn't eat before because I'd get pain in my chest and end up hunched over the toilet for most of the night, I've been gradually filling my face.
I haven't gained too much weight because there's still stuff I can't eat (really greasy/fatty stuff for example) but still there's always room for improvement.
Lucky for me the gym by where I live is free to all residence of Birmingham. I'm already a member there and I did kick off January with a few regular trips but it took a back seat when I started working 51 hours a week with hours all over the place. Next week I'll be lucky if I have 8 hours at work
So plenty of time to bust my ass somewhere else
I was looking at getting a bike recently, but I know fuck all about them to know where to start looking!
I'm 5' 10 at around 183lbs (but it's a fatty 183
) I'd like to stay around the same weight but lose some fat. I like treadmills though so it won't be too hard to get motivated to get moving. Walking/Running gives me a chance to listen to new albums I've purchased or music that I'm working on but am still being a perfectionist over.
