What does everyone take?

On cardio days, or on days when I'm feeling lazy as a motherfucker, I take a Ripped Fuel Ultra about an hour before the gym. They're not particularly healthy, but I tend to sweat like a motherfucker on them and end up logging an extra bit of treadmill time when I do take one. (Anyone who's met me can attest, I do not need any help in the metabolism dept, I talk 3,000 miles per hour as it is )
I'm actually waiting for a Wheatgrass kit to show up, and once I get my first harvest I'll probably stop with the MG's and just go all Wheatgrass, 2-4oz a day.
I'm down about 11 pounds in the last 6 weeks, started at 220, and am currently 209, shooting for 190 so that I can quit smoking (again, ugh, I fail) and put 10 back on. I stopped eating red meat/pork a while back and have been subbing in veggies (mostly broccoli and carrots) where I'd normally have a starch.
