Any of you guys tried this? I just started it today.
I could never get over twenty at once. Evidently I was going about push-ups the wrong way. Since they're a weight lifting exercise, you have to do them in small sets and build up; instead of maxing out at twenty and waiting a day or two to max out at the same spot again.
Should be fun to see it this will actually get me up to 100 though! I'll let ya know in six weeks
