When I was over there, we had the hotel cook whip us up all sorts of crazy Roo recipes. Roo fajitas, Roo kabobs, etc, etc.

It's pretty good, but I could never get past the fact that I saw them hopping around all day looking all cute and awesome.

It's actually the first time I've eaten my native animal. I feel simultaneously ashamed and proud.

Hell, I've even had kangaroo ribs. They weren't half bad.

I feel bad enough eating pigs, cows, chicken, and fish as is. I couldn't bring myself to eating kangaroo. But if it was the only means for survival, then yeah, I'd eat it.
