Chipotle is heaven on Earth as far as I am concerned.
Take that concept, and turn it into spicier Asian offerings, and you get this:
Chipotle founder tries new Asian format with ShopHouse

I assume they mean "Chinese food"... Saying "Asian food" is even more random than saying "European food." Even if they mean "East Asian," I doubt they plan to include: Japanese, Okinawan, Mongolian, Korean, Chinese, Thai, Taiwanese, Cambodian, Burman, Phillipene, Russian, Vietnamese, Indian, Pakistani, etc. etc. foods in one restaurant.
I imagine this is supposed to be something like P.F. Chang's which is also called "Asian cuisine," even though it's actually "Chinese-American cuisine."
Never had Chipotle, but I've been wanting to.
