This isn't going to be nearly as complex as the rest of y'all's but daaaamn it was good!
First I cut up some garlic, mushroom, red onion, and green pepper. All my little bowls are in the wash or I don't own them so it's baggies. Besides I didn't use all of it and I'm making pasta tomorrow.
Chicken tenderloins panned up in olive oil and Vince's secret blend of 2 or 3 herbs and spices.
Chicken's almost done, throw in the veggies and a little more olive oil.
Add shredded cheese and the tortilla (with more olive oil on the pan of course).
Saw the Cholula in Drew's thread, stole the idea. Love it. Added it then the flip!
Served with fresh(ish) Pico de Gallo and a good brew.
Looks good. Needs more cheese.
