I love cooking with alcohol. Sometimes I use beer, sometimes wine, sometimes brandy, sometimes dark rum. Tonight I used whiskey for some pretty awesome chicken (also some green onions, butter, fresh cream, lemon juice, salt, and a few spices) on a bed of white rice. I originally was going to add corn too, but I decided to save the corn for either tomorrow or Monday. The dark brown stuff in the sauce is mainly green onions.
