I needed something to work out, as I had to stop paintball, and I'm finished coaching roller derby, so i picked up a new bike
I'm planning on having a bunch of fun doing some single track and mild downhill stuff, but so far i've been working on just building up a bit of cardio and getting back in shape. even found an awesome iphone app that tracks and records all my rides, with maps, distance, time, elevation, and a bunch more.
This is on my list as well. I suspect there are some nice trails near you?
