I'm eating a food I created a long time ago.
First I cut small fish steaks the same size as bacon strips.
Then I roll them up and stuff them with some herbs(you can use the ones you prefer), onions and a little bit of ................cinnamon.
I grill them for about 10 minutes on medium fire(barbecue).
Believe me it's delicious!

Cinnamon just works, especially with white fish and chicken. A lot of people think it's only for dessert, and that's just not the case.
I have a rub I like to use that is comprised of fennel, coriander, chili powder, cinnamon, black and white pepper and it is dynamite on grilled chicken.
