Meaning I can't do a lot of things in my normal exercise regime. Anyone have any regimes, cardio and lifting, that may work for me until this heals?
Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated.
Dang dude, sorry to hear. Make sure to let it heal, because a torn achilles can be devastating.
Do bodyweight stuff. Pullups, pushups with your legs on a exercise ball so you don't use your ankles, etc.
