This sounds fucked up, but I seriously wish I could sleep more. I can't manage more than 6 hours a night. I "work out" almost every day. I tried the "drinking enough to pass out" method, and it didn't work. I tried Melatonin and Red Repair (dietary supplements that are supposed to help with sleep). I try to fall asleep at the same time every night. It's not even really insomnia. The amount of sleep I get is restful and I feel fine.
