For whatever reason (weather?) I've been feeling the rage lately, and have been considering... nay... will be buying a heavy-bag and gloves.
Any good workouts I should also consider? I've lifted weights before in a bit of a fury, and ended up hurting myself. I could barely lift a pencil for a week
