    Safe RAGEDUMP workouts

For whatever reason (weather?) I've been feeling the rage lately, and have been considering... nay... will be buying a heavy-bag and gloves.

Any good workouts I should also consider? I've lifted weights before in a bit of a fury, and ended up hurting myself. I could barely lift a pencil for a week

I'm looking for ways to unleash the beast without damaging myself too much

Sounds like it's about time for someone to sign up for MMA classes!

It's awesome, it's one hell of a workout, and you can somewhat start off at your own (well, and who you partner up with) pace.
