As the thread title says. I've been using the PHD Diet shakes as meal replacements at work, but they're not as high in BCAA's and yield percentage as the shakes I was having post-workout. Coincidentally, the shakes I WAS having post-workout are like drinking fucking sand when had with water, and only marginally better with milk.
Gonna change the PHD shakes as the flavours are getting worse with each bag I buy. So I need a recommendation for a meal replacement.
Also, I need to find a new post-workout shake (for a good idea, the shakes I was on, had 40g protein per 50g scoop, and 21 different BCAA's in). Not expecting it to be THAT good, I just need something that isn't like drinking the sahara.
That meal replacement shit never works dude. Just eat healthier and up your cardio.
