Despite the chiles being one of the last things, it's really spicy. Not like Blair's Death Sauce spicy, but in that ballpark. And, unlike Blair's, this stuff is amazing. It's got kind of a curry taste to it, and the heat takes a second to hit you, with more of like an ache than a burn.
My parents got it for me in Tennessee as a joke, and it ended up being the best hot sauce I've had. The only Canadian site I could find was out of stock, so I got it off Amazon, and ordered a few bottles for friends.
I really like it with pasta, and it makes life altering sloppy joes.
