Eve of a new year, so this is in order. These have only gotten more extreme over the years, and more than one forumite (myself included) has stripped away layers of fat to reveal what fitness experts call "the beast within", updating us along the way.
Word on the streets is the mg.org fitness tribunal will buy us all matching spandex jumpsuits if the forum collectively gets ripped enough.
And remember guys, though we have a number of really fit dudes here (they know who they are) post no matter what your fitness level. Goals, questions, routines, stats, whatever. It all belongs in this thread. If it involves sweat and the activity isn't X rated, it probably belongs in this thread.

Well I plan on losing another 20 lbs and getting back in shape. I quit smoking that shit is nasty as fuck. I might even get a new quad and get back into racing a bit. I haven't raced 4 wheels so it should be fun & it's been over 10 years sense I through my leg over a MX bike. That shit will keep you in shape.
