Looking for suggestions.
typical lazy college student who is very inexperienced at cooking (yet i own a cookbook for college students given to me by a friend..). Also I'd like to state that I go to the gym for 5.5-6 hours a week.
breakfast is usually I have juice of some sort or water, a multivitamin and a bagelwhich (whole wheat bagel w/ 3 thin slices of cheese and some type of meat usually chicken sometimes turkey).
Dinner usually consists of - you guessed it - bagelwhich and an apple or something to that effect, and a drink. Sometimes (not often) i make spaghetti noodles with blue menu sauce, and am thinking about picking up blue menu meatballs as well. I sometimes pan-fry lean pork and last time i did up some frozen veggies too.
I plan on having 2 hardboiled eggs instead, but what else would go with them? I also enjoy an apple in the AM when i have the time.
Any suggestions? I know I need to buy fresh ingredients and learn how to cook but it honestly intimidates the fack out of me .
Buy a George Foreman grill and boneless skinless chicken breast. Also get some frozen California blend veggies (carrots,broccoli and cauliflower)
Keep your carbs to veggies and fruit OR Whole grains only.
Thats just quick off the top of my head.
Also get a decent meal replacement protein powder.
Justin your not losing weight cause your not eating often enough or the right things. Your not going to get anywere unless you start eating right.
