It's already 2016 and we don't have a new thread, so here it is!
What are your guys goals? I'm guessing Cycling über alles. I'm hoping to not get injured as much this year and get back into my running after a whole bunch of shitty injures and a mental work schedule fucking that up for the latter half of 2015.
Also need to look at being more consistent with my diet and cut down (out?) the booze, I turned 30 last month and I hear it's all downhill from here.
