    Post your breakfast!

Karmoon's introduction thread made me curious what everyone's eating for breakfast, and what it looks like.

    Here's mine:

I have this basically every weekday to keep my carb intake stable.

    85g of whole grain bread
10g Nutella (gotta have something I can face eating first thing)

The wholemeal bread varies, or I'd get *really* bored of it. This was Hofpfisterei's Öko-Dinkel-Grünkern-Vollkorn Dinkel-Vollkornbrot (organic spelt whole grain loaf with green spelt).

    Datasheet here, in German:

    I fucking love German bread.

I mostly have porridge (just water, no milk) but will have about 6 scrambled eggs on a Wednesday to break up the week, exciting I know.

Well, I'll have to remember to do it tomorrow morning. But a bowl of porridge is hardly exciting now is it, maybe I'll chuck in some fruit to really spice things up.

It's about the minutae! Porridge has so many different variations, which one do you use? Readymix? Oats only? Microwave? Straw-box slow cook?

And as for it not being exciting, just look at Imgur, food gets upvoted like crazy!

Bacon is an insta-win. But what sort of bacon? There are so many! How do you cook it? Fried, grilled? Eggs: a source of endless debate! Free-range, battery?

    "Free-range eggs? How inconsiderate!"

Coffee discussions elsewhere, please. No disrespect, but this thread is about da nomz.

I dunno, I'd say choice of beverage is an essential part of breakfast.
