Today I weighed myself before my workout, and it turns out I have reached one of my fitness goals!
I can safely say I weigh 200lbs . I weighed 240-245 last year, and 220 in may, 210 in september.. small increments, but its happening!
I'm still gunning for when I more of the muffin-top and lovehandles - I look best when i flex .
But yeah, I'm happy about that and thought I would share .
This said, i still need to up my daily veggie and fruit intake like mad! Baby steps hehe
