    My band is called Simoom

    Hello everyone,
I play guitar in a band called Simoom. It means Poison Wind or Suffocating Wind. We have finished up 60 hours in the recording studio recording 3 songs. Nothing fancy, just 3 songs we wanted to get out of the way. We have a few gigs lined up, one of which we are opening for Will Haven doing a benefit show for our good friend Chi Cheng of the Deftones. You can check us out at Simoom on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Downloads
I play a custom 27" ESP 7 string with EMGs through a Mesa Triple Rectifier full stack. My next piece of gear is going to be an Axe Fx Ultra. I also have a Sherman on the way with Blackouts. Should be here within a month. I was an Ibanez RG7620 guy but then I discovered Mahogany and 27" and havent looked back since.
