The Metal Care pack in blue are the ones I've been using for years, work great.

The Blitz cloths are essentially de-oxidizing cleaners, making them shiny, but do not take scratches away. How smooth your frets are will be determined by how well finished the polishing process was in removing file marks, etc.

Oh, cool! Yeah, after I saw them in your NGD thread I did a bit of research. What can you get tonally from winding them certain ways? I thought that magnetism was magnetism.
