Not to be an impatient shit, but I don't suppose you have the EP in digital format you could send me so I could put it on in the car tomorrow for my journey? If not, I completely understand, I'll just wait till mine arrives!

    Howdy Sir Sinden!

I seem to recall you were the person who told me about powerballs some time last year and were rather knowledgeable on how they compared to other "strength" trainers for guitarists and the like, anyhow a discussion on the subject seems to have arisen in this thread:
    http://www.metalguitarist.org/forum/...html#post88747

And I don't know what I'm talking about on the subject to be honest so perhaps you'd care to interject and fill everyone in as I'm obviously bereft of the relevant information.

Hey Hal, I can't remember where I've posted the specs before but I can list a few off the top of my head.

The trem is hand-made by a friend of mine who is a trem inventor (Double-Whammy, Trem-King guy) but unfortunately it has never worked in a satisfactory manner. I was about to do a 4th and final revision of it when a friend of mine pointed out that I probably didn't need a vibrato bar if my multi-channel pickup system is successful.

So the guitar is currently undergoing surgery to install 7 single-string magnetic pickups so I can do all the vibrato control electronically. I'll be trying amp-simulation on my laptop when the pickups are ready.

The guitar has a 36" - 32" multi-scale fretboard with 31 steel frets. There is a 5 octave range and I tune it in strict 4ths like a bass.

This is a bit of a rushed answer so if you have any other questions please feel free to ask.

    cheers,
    Leo

OK dude, as promised here is the first heavy rhythm demo clip. Would you believe as soon as I finally got a decent take down, my Soundclick page decided to start acting up, so I've just slapped it on Mediafire for you...

More to come. Lemme know if there's anything specific you wanna hear.
