I think I saw it too late. Sounds like you'll be getting even quicker than I would have anyway, so all good!

Hey-o! Matt(was it?) Sorry if I got your name wrong

I was curious if you'd ever got around to installing those Dimarzio Ionizers, I saw a post you made and thought I could probably get some input from you :ugh:

Agreed, that was my impression. I love the sound in this RG. It's a no-holds-barred metal and rock guitar.

Yeah I think I'm in that ballpark myself, probably more like 0.25" but it's pretty close. This thing has a pretty sharp attack - if I have an amp tone dialed in with a lot of presence, I get a lot of "CLANG" at the front of each note...

I've actually got it fairly close to the strings - just far enough away so that I don't get wolf tones/Stratitis/excess magnet pull at the higher frets. Do you have success at putting the pickup fairly close? Like closer than I can put my Crunchlab.

They're supposed to have released it after Namm, but they've been slacking these days. Not sure what's up.

yo! Nothing yet - I've emailed those fine folks about a release date, but they're keeping it under tight wraps. Sucks because i would KILL for a 7 string headless.... :(

As far as I'm aware of, ABM is currently making them as we speak. Jens has been pretty quiet about it lately, but when they're done he'll be sending them to me and some others, and I'll be selling them immediately afterwards...
