    I noticed a few shots in Angel's new video that showed oscillations like that. Very cool.

    This is a fast shutter speed to create a stroboscopic effect. The Iphones do it. I just did it with my DSLR. It looks pretty silly. 60 is normal for filming 30 frames per second. The effect happens at 800 and gets more intense as you ramp it up more.

    Some stroboscopic effects are a bit strange.
