I'm recording one of the bands my drummer plays in... I like their music and all, so it's enjoyable. I just had the weirdest thing happen. I mixed down a song for the guitarist so that he could hear what I've been up too. What ensued made a C-standard tuned song into a G-standard tuned song.
Here's my setup... windows 7, cubase sx3, sound blaster audigy... pretty basic stuff. Obviously, it only occurred once, since I have the normal speed track as well!
It's hilarious, isn't it?
First is normal track, second is FUBAR track.
I've done that unintentionally too, in this case it seriously fucked up my female singer's voice
Do you have any of the weird EAX stuff associated with the Sound Blaster hardware on accidentally?
