Just a heads up about this for anyone looking to build on their library of samples. Never really used SampleTank all that much, especially after moving over to Logic and it's EXS24 sampler. But at this price (which includes SampleTank2.5), I can be persuaded to give it another try.
$50 for 4-5GB or so of multi-sampled instruments is a fucking steal. I'm buying it, then using it for both instruments I don't play (piano, strings, etc) as well as prototyping guitars with it using midi guitar. Doing the latter enables me to change keys quickly and easily for variations, as well as changing notes here and there, to be re-recorded by a real guitar later.
Since the electric guitar samples are designed to work with a modeler plug-in of some sort (they want you to use Amplitube, of course) it will work very well with POD Farm I imagine.
