Well, this was entirely improvised. I just picked a random drum beat, pasted it a ton of times, wrote some music, and recorded it. Don't complain that the solo sounds random. It was improvised and recorded in one take.
SoundClick artist: Eric Fetterman - Eric Fetterman
Used 4 presets:
1. Dual Rectifier (RECTO NEW) for rhythm guitars
2. Diezel VH4 (DAS METALL) for lead guitar (with delay, reverb, chorus, and compressor)
3. acoustic simulator
4. Violin (using the Ultra's synth capabilities)
This was recorded with my Ibanez RG7EXFX2 tuned to GDGCFAD. I normally have the guitar tuned to standard, but I just decided to lower it dooooown. I didn't want to tune my bass down to G, though, so there is no bass recorded for this (which would have been recorded with my GNX3000).
Could that solo be any more random?
Sounds good, the rhythm tone is nice. Needs better drums, though. The acoustic sim sounds cool, and that violin tone makes me want an Ultra.
