Default My new home-produced album; deely - Unframed

Hey guys!

Few days ago I released my new home-produced album, deely - Unframed
Recorded with 8 string, it's a bit progressive metal with electronic and ambient flavors.

You can listen to it and grab it here (download on the bandcamp is disabled due to download limit, but there's dropbox download link below):

listen on bandcamp: deely.bandcamp.com
download link: http://www.filesonic.com/file/100267...y-unframed.rar

Any feedback will be appreciated!

Sounds pretty good, man! Good job!

Some people will probably complain that you joined and your first post is promoting your album, but stick around and post some more stuff.

I think I'm going to have to have my owlbum (my band's name is Owl) set up for download like yours when it's finished. I dig.

Also, pretty fuckin beastly music, man

UPDATE:

I've been working on a monotonous 436 page report today, so I have been listening to this pretty much on repeat in the background all day, and IT FUCKING ROCK!

Man, this kicks ass! I'm not really much into this style of music (or, well, maybe I am!) but I am really digging some of the tracks. #7, Obscure pulse, gets me bobbing my head subconsciously.

Anyway, keep up the good work, and post post post! Tips, tricks, recording stuff, whatever!

Hey guys, thanks a ton, really glad you like it.
About a gear - I recorded everything with my Ibanez RG 2228 through M-Audio ProFire 610, and that's pretty much all the hardware I used to record.

Guitar chain looks like this:
TSE808 -> TSE X30 -> ENGL V30 Cab impulse

Then a little multiband compression on a guitar group, slight EQ and compression.
For cleans I used LePou LeXtac (without cab simulation), and for solos LePou LeGion and as far as I remember some Mesa cabinet impulses.

Rythm guitars are always double tracked 100%L and 100%R.
Unfortunately bass is done using VSTi - trilogy with a load of post processing.
Drums are S2.0 with MF, and electronics, ambients, synths - using Omnisphere.

Thanks again for feedback guys!
