I'm having a bit of an issue getting Superior to recognize inputs from my new Axiom, and I never actually tried setting it up with the Oxygen either, so I'm assuming the "problem" is there for both.
If I run Toontrack Solo and bring up Superior, I have an option where I can specify the MIDI controller:
That option isn't there in Reaper, and I assume it's because the MIDI control signals go into Reaper, and Reaper handles the routing to the VST. Both controllers work great with all of my other synths and with Reaper itself - I'm just not entirely sure how to route those CC commands to Superior. For example, the kick in my kit is MIDI 36. I have one of the pads on the Axiom set to 36, and Reaper receives the MIDI command. However, the actual signal never makes it into Superior.
I know there's probably a simple routing bit that I'm missing, but if someone could fill me in I'll send you a free copy of Drew's album when it comes out.
I'm actually not sure that second bit is right btw. My kick is _note_ 36, but if I click CC in Superior's mapping, 36 doesn't seem to do anything.
I have the track armed, and I see MIDI from the Axiom going to my SD track, but I can't sort out how to assign different things to the actual drum pieces.
