    Reaper 4 Beta

Is AWESOME looking. I just grabbed it, so no real feedback on it yet, but holy shit the interface is fantastic!

Info on grabbing it is in this thread. If you're running Windows, there's an option for a portable install which (I believe) should make it so that it doesn't effect your existing Reaper 3 install. If you're on OSX, just put in a different folder.

I haven't tried Reaper since like...Reaper 1 Might be time to give them another shot with all the good things I've heard about it over the past few years. The interface definitely looks nice.

I'd like to switch to it, but currently Sampletank doesn't work with it; the GUI is buggy with it for some odd reason, whereas it works fine with POD Farm and EZ Drummer. Weird. Perhaps it'll be okay in v.4.

Been using 4 for a few weeks now. Its not a huge change from 3 but the GUI and its customisability are very helpful, as are the new editing features. Me likey. No issues with any of my normal go-to plugs yet (s2, voxengo, stillwell, some stuff from sonar 7 (which I also have installed so that I can use the plugs in reaper, I never actually use sonar, and yes, its a legit copy ).
