Default trying some more satch with my 5150 II

sounds a little too thick I think, plus my playing has gone down the fucking shitter. I reaaly need to start doing some serious wood shedding
this is completely raw withjust a touch of delay (i'm trying to get the best sound I can raw before I star using filters etc).

(still can't embed??)

A little sloppier than I like, not used to playing this one on a 7,
but I'm starting to get my chops going again

Didn't come off as 'sloppy' to me, man. Just had a nice one-take vibe about it that gave it a lot of energy. I'm relistening to this just because it's so awesome.

And I feel you on the 'playing 6 songs on a 7'. I've just been doing a cover of Shortest Straw, and chugging away on the low E feels a bit odd with another string hovering above it.

This is awesome!

Really sounds like Satch's Peavey-era tone, too.
