Default Dream Theater - On the Backs of Angels (Guitar Stem)

Cool. Let the Match EQ Madness begin.

Quote:
The band released all the isolated instrumentals for this song for those who had buy the album and registered at Road Runner Records.

I've always loved Petrucci's rhythm tones, even when others have hated them, he just gets some of the best modern Mesa tones IMHO.

Anyone extracted the power spectrum yet? The rhythm parts sound rich in low-mids to me, while the solos are more balanced. Unless my ears deceive me...

It's so cool that you can hear the springs ringing out when it's isolated.

"Sometimes you have to confront your own patterns and expectations of yourself and do away with things that you enjoy doing in order to move forward and keep evolving as a musician. That's exactly the definition of the word progressive of course." —Steven Wilson

I opened this patch and it says 59 bassman for the amp, so I can't migrate it to a II I don't know which amp block he used.
I'd Love II version of this sound.

I don't need no stinking tubes

Doesn't sound very different from the Mark V I played a while back. Awesome.
