BIAS Peak - End of life

    BIAS, Inc. has ceased operations

I didn't use their stuff, but it's a pretty compelling reason to stay away from software that has a challenge/response system for installs/reinstalls/etc. They say their auth servers are still up for the time being, but when they go down their customers are basically left high and dry.

What!? Fucking hell! I was going to transition to Peak this year. It still has some features that no one else can match.

Shit! Totally not sure how I didn't hear about this.

It's definitely great software WHEN IT DOESN'T FUCKING CRASH.

I used it in college and it was powerful, but frustratingly unreliable Could just be the version we had, but it had a reputation among students going back years
