    Lullaby Time!

    Hey guys,

So I started composing a lullaby for my son, Benny. He is in the back just chillin'. I think he likes it because he is fussing when I stop playing, and then sleeps when I start

It is called "In My Wildest Dreams". I think I am going to try to get my friend that has a great Sinatra voice to sing it. This is a bit sloppy, because it is hard to chord while playing the melody

Not done yet, but I think it is a good start with a strong melody. What do you guys think?

I dig it man. My little girl is 5 weeks old and she just started drifting asleep when I listened to it. I need all the help I can get in that department lol

Reminds me of when I was going to collage and living with my sister who was a single mother. I would have to watch my niece quite a bit and I never really knew what to do when my niece got cranky. One day I just started playing my guitar and she just calmed right down. Now that I think about it, though... I think my playing just bored her to sleep.

I hit play. Next thing I knew, it was over and my head was on my desk with a puddle of watery spittle on the keyboard.

    It works!
