Anybody else use/used this? I downloaded it on the basis that it is free and I didn't want to pay out for EZ drummer or whatever just yet. It is one hell of a bit of software but I don't have any experience with this sort of thing but the drum tracks I've been able to put together I really dig!
My only problem is I can't figure out how get the separate drum mic's into separate tracks within Logic Pro as opposed to one audio output for the whole kit. You can mess with the EQ within the VI itself to a certain extent but really want to do an EQ in Logic for each separate drum component.
Anybody used this program before and done this successfully?
Also anyone who doesn't know about this program, it's a VI that sennheiser put together as promo for their mic's (how it promotes microphones I will never know) and it includes a great sounding sample drum kit which you can tweak to death in different ways, here's a link to a review below:
There are a couple of demo's on youtube for it too but info on it is scarce I don't think it's that widely known about? I could be wrong though.
If you are starting out recording your own stuff and are just trying to get best drum tracks you can for free this is a great bit of kit.
I see someone mentioned this program in a post before. However I also have a question in my post too so it's not totally irrelevant lol.
I may post one of my in progress mixes I'm playing with to give an example of how the drums sound at some point if anyone is interested.
