BP on hook for $20BB in escrow fund for damages
Gulf oil spill: White House, BP agree on $20 billion fund to compensate gulf oil spill victims - latimes.com
I have no idea how to price such a thing, but I hope this is enough to cover the impact on Gulf residents.
