    FWIW, I think they can't take strings larger than .060.

    Yea, i know. But you can unwrap some winding and get the core of larger strings in there

    Youre going to have to go to a Gibson Dealer, unfortunately, and a big enough one to get them to sell an off amount, but still small enough to bother with you.

    If you find one, please, let me know . I've had no luck in my searchings.

    I just got a message back from one of the dealers i emailed. They said they contacted steinberger and they arnt available direct. Then referenced me to stew mac
