Yesterday I weighed in at 190 post workout. Tonight I'm eating salad for dinner (and munchin carrot sticks after) because I had some pizza as well as my usual sub today - I think I hit my carb quota for the day . I'm hitting the gym for a bit tomorrow to get in some cardio and declined crunches in.
