Alright, so I decided to break out the camera during workout today. And I will share the results with you.
I didn't start taking pics 'till I started packing some weight on the bar so.
This one is 235lbs/106.59kg
Next is 255lbs/115.6
Lastly is 265lbs/120.2kg (Mistimed this pic, wasn't in the full squat quite yet)
Stopped there because my form was going down and I was obviously holding my breath, but 275lbs+ is definitely going in my next round of these.
My whole workout was (in lbs) 135x3, 155x3, 185x3, 205x3, 225x3, 235x3, 255x3, 265x3.
You hold the bar on your chest, and not on your shoulders? That is a new one to me.
