Edge forced to retire from the WWE

IMHO, this guy will go down as one of the best performers of all time. I don't watch this as much as I did years ago, but I have probably watched him 100 times and he never put on a bad match.

Class act, and leaving at the right time before something tragic happened.

Edge was definitely one of my favorites, I remember when he started in the WWE in the "Brood" with Gangrel and Christian. Best of luck in your future endeavors, Adam!

Edge was amazing at what he did. Thankfully the issues with his neck were discovered before he did end up in a wheelchair. Lots of pro wrestlers weren't so lucky and weren't smart enough to walk away while they still could.

Smart move to walk away. There's virtually little to none healthcare for these guys, and forget about any sort of workers/performers union.

Way too much of a body count in the past decade of permanently disabled, or worse.

You can't honestly say that those guys aren't talented. I don't get into wrestling, but the top names in WWE definitely earn their money.
